The oldest Hélécinois tell that, during the darkest nights of the year, tormented souls wander under the Dome of the Château d’Hélécine… Specters with sinister murmurs, which creak, moan, turn on disturbing lights and make sounds resonate. music to damn the dead, desperately seeking a way to escape.
What does this Castle really hide behind its old stones? A secret passage? Forgotten things? The souls of the Premonstratensian monks, once courageous and protective? Or… a prison for ghosts and creatures from beyond?
30 years ago, a scientific experiment tragically failed, transforming the old abbey, then converted into a castle, into a place of terror. Since then, this Castle has been home to a sealed breach, an ancient portal that once allowed evil creatures to pass into our world. What if an ill-intentioned person triggered the mechanism that could reopen this breach or free the ghosts imprisoned in the Dome? The consequences could be disastrous…
To find out, dare to come or return to visit the first prison for ghosts during the 2024 edition! From the concert of missing music legends, returned from the world of the dead, to the immersive experience in the spectacular Dome of the Castle, passing through the sinister corridor of automatons, let yourself be enchanted by the magic of Brother Mandrake and then captivated by the breathtaking video mapping which traces the fascinating and mysterious history of this abbey, now transformed into a sinister prison for ghosts.
Come shiver with terror, disguised in the most frightening way, and unite with the guardians and the spirits of the monks to prevent this breach from being reopened. But be careful…even the guardians might not be what they seem…

Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the visit in order to park and locate the location.

The Brasserie is open in the park: Snacks and bar, terraces.

Free parking at car park P1, in the street in front of the Château and at car park P3
DOGS?
Dogs not allowed at shows in the castle and the main courtyard.
DURATION OF THE VISIT?
Total duration of the visit: 1h30 (please arrive 30 minutes before your departure time to locate the places)
IN CASE OF RAIN?
The paid performance areas are protected from the rain.
WHAT IS FREE?
Accessibility to the park around the Brewery, aquatic projections on the pond throughout the evening; lit playground.
WHAT IS PAID?
The 3 shows: Brother Mandrake the Magician Show in the Orangery, the mapping on the facade in the main courtyard and the visit inside the Castle, in the prison dome, very close to the ghosts…
